Ms. Albrecht-Pedrick has been an Associate with the Firm since April 2008. Stephanie received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in law/justice from Rowan University (formerly Glassboro State College) and her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Upon graduating from law school Stephanie served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Daryl F. Todd, Sr., JSC, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County. Since that time she has focused her practice in the area of Civil Litigation, Elder Law and Matrimonial Law. Her litigation experience includes representation of individuals involved in automobile accidents and homeowners for premises liability claims, as well as representation of individuals and commercial entities for claims involving breach of contract. In Family Law matters, Stephanie has experience in divorce, child support, property settlement agreements and similar issues. Finally, Stephanie represents and assists clients with Wills and related estate matters, serves as court appointed counsel for alleged incapacitated persons in Guardianship actions, and represents those seeking guardianship over others.
Ms. Albrecht-Pedrick is active in the Atlantic County Bar Association and serves as a Trustee. She is also a member of the Vincent S. Haneman Inn of Court, a legal organization devoted to promoting civility and professionalism in the legal profession, and serves on the Executive Board and as Program Chairperson for the Inn.
Stephanie is a 1988 graduate of Ocean City High School and is proud to maintain her local roots. She resides in Egg Harbor Township, NJ with her husband and child.
