Mr. Youngblood specializes in the creation, protection and leveraging of intellectual property assets, as well as the formation and operation of business entities, including, but not limited to, franchising, mergers and acquisitions. His strong background in operations, efficiency and logistics enables Mr. Youngblood, to provide his clients with unique and practical business solutions to their legal issues.
Mr. Youngblood has represented both large and small businesses, including nationally recognized celebrities and sports figures, entertainment venues, restaurants, night clubs, record labels, musicians, recording artists, insurance companies, manufacturers, technology providers, magazines, graphic designers, web developers, visual artists, writers, municipalities, educational institutions and trade associations.
Mr. Youngblood is also strongly involved in the local community, and regularly extends his practice to the representation of local colleges, fire departments and municipalities on a pro bono basis.
In 2010, Mr. Youngblood was recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and Top Young Lawyer in the fields of Intellectual Property, Business/Corporate and Entertainment and Sports law. He was also selected as the 2010 Outstanding Young Attorney of the Year by the Honorable Benjamin A. Rimm Award Committee and the Atlantic County Bar Association.
