Biography
Mr. Youngblood is the President of the Firm’s Board of
Directors and has been a member of the Firm since his
admission to the Bar in 1971. He currently serves as
Managing Partner of the law firm.
Mr. Youngblood commenced his legal career in the area of
civil litigation. He handled numerous complex litigated
matters and was recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court
as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney from 1985 through 1998.
Currently, his practice is concentrated in the areas of
commercial law, municipal law, estate planning and probate
and mediation. He has served as the City Solicitor for the
City of Linwood since 1978 and has achieved a considerable
degree of expertise in a variety of issues related to municipal
law.
Mr. Youngblood serves as the Chairman of the firm’s
estate planning and probate division. He has a substantial
amount of experience in estate planning, asset protection,
wealth preservation and in the administration of trusts
and estates on behalf of both fiduciaries and beneficiaries.
He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys
and counsels clients on elder law and Medicaid issues. He
has represented clients in numerous complex, litigated estate
matters as well as will contests.
Mr. Youngblood also represents many clients in a variety
of matters related to general business, real estate and
commercial transactions. He is a member of the New Jersey
Association of Professional Mediators and serves as a mediator
in litigated cases involving both personal injury and commercial
disputes. His numerous successes have resulted in his selection
as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for 2006 by Law and Politics
Magazine.
Mr. Youngblood formerly served as a Board Member of Atlanticare
Behavioral Health and has also served as their solicitor.
He was a member of the District One Ethics Committee and
has been actively involved in the community in numerous
charitable and civic endeavors. |
